Pre Amount Policies:
1. For booking Confirmation, A.Customer has to pay Minimum 10% of Total Amount.

B.Customer Can pay Whole Amount of Booking.

2.Post Amount:
A. Balance And Extra Charges amount will be paid to the driver Directly!!

Refund Policy:

1.If Customer cancelled the booking prior 12 hours to the Pickup time Then Full amount will be refunded

2.If booking is cancelled by Customer after 12hours But before 6hours to the Pickup Time Then 50% of the Advance payment will be refunded.

3.if booking is cancelled by Customer in < 6 hours of Pickup time then no refund shall pe proceed!!

4. If booking cancelled due to Driver fault,full amount of Advance amount will be revert.

5. Eligible Refund Amount shall be initiate between 3 to 5 working days.
